I think this book has such beautiful descriptions and many important ideas to think about. I'm sure 5SF students will love it.

I'm not really enjoying this book. It has no action in it. It is boring to me.

The forest reminded me of a mythical forest that's happy and charming. It's a place that's also colourful, bright and positive.

The wood:I think that the water that is in the is the water that the Tuck family took to live forever. I think this because Jesse Tuck said he was 104 and then laughed to make it seem it was a joke. They looked the same for 87 years and he's 17.

I think the meaning of, "The worst has come, boys." Could mean two things. Either because Mae-tuck thinks Winnie has a crush on Jesse,
( A 104 year old.) Or because Winnie knows the pebbled over river is there. Maybe both?

I believe that the water from the springs brings eternal youth.
I also believe that most of the girls in the class can relate to Winnie
when she saw Jesse.

I think the water in the woods is magical because if you drink it you will maybe die or stay the same forever. Winnie has a crush on a 104 year old man but Winnie thinks the man is 17 years old. She thinks he is beautiful.

I think that the water is what made them the same for eighty seven years. Why else would Jesse not let Winnie have any water. It made me all excited.

I think that the water in the woods would make you stay young forever. I wonder if Jesse Tuck is actually one hundred and four years old, and if Winnie does like Jesse.

I wonder what will happen if Winnie takes a drink from the water spring. She told the man she was going to have a drink from it but the man said, "No, you can't have a drink from that". I wonder what will happen.

I think Jesse didn't give Winnie the water because it makes you stay young.

Mae cracked his skull with the shotgun.
Mae would be in so much trouble when the constable comes.

The man in the yellow suit was going to make Winnie drink the water.-
I think the man in the yellow suit was going to do it because, then he can kill who hasn't drank the water and do the same to Winnie. Then advertise the results." Everyone will come running like pigs!"" Imagine that, Winnie Foster." Said Tuck.
